Strict No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (PDFs, eBooks, and digital notes), all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been granted or the file has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund, cancellation, or exchange.
Why No Refunds?
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned." Once you have access to the file, the knowledge and content are irrevocably transferred. Therefore, we highly recommend carefully reviewing the product description, subject name, and syllabus details before completing your purchase.
Exceptions (Duplicate Payments)
The only exception to our No Refund policy is in the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment for the exact same order. If you have been charged twice for a single transaction:
- Please do not dispute the charge with your bank immediately.
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with proof of the duplicate transaction (Transaction IDs or bank screenshots).
- We will investigate the issue and process a refund for the duplicate amount within 5-7 business days.
If you face any issues downloading your file after a successful payment, please contact our support team and we will ensure you receive your purchased materials.
